From leaven to loaf, sourdough is a slow craft. First, our wild yeast starter is fed with fresh flour and water, then left to ferment naturally. This becomes the heart of the dough, rising gently over many hours. Slow is our secret ingredient. The result is bread that’s as wholesome as it is delicious.
